Rholl for company events
The offsite, shot from the inside
Attendees shoot the event. You open a branded album on Monday.
A hired photographer gets the stage and the handshakes. The actual event happens at the tables, in the hallway conversations, on the dance floor at the holiday party. Rholl turns every attendee's phone into a disposable camera, so the record of the night comes from the people who were in it.
There is nothing to install and nothing to explain. One QR code on the tables or the big screen, a fixed roll per person, no previews. The photos develop overnight into an album with a real film look, and a short recap film arrives with it, ready for the all-hands, the newsletter, or the next invite.
How it runs
Set it up under your brand
Create the event as a studio and your logo and color sit on every guest screen and email. To attendees it reads as yours, not ours.
One code on every table
Attendees scan and shoot from the browser. iPhone, Android, the old phone in accounting, it all works. No accounts, no downloads, no IT ticket.
Open the album Monday
The roll develops overnight. You get the album, the film, and a TV slideshow for the office screens, all in one place, all downloadable.
The film
The recap, already cut
Every event ends with a short film cut from what attendees shot. It is ready when the album opens, made for the recap email and the next event's promo. The TV slideshow runs on any AirPlay or Chromecast screen, with a phone as the remote.
What it costs
A Pro event is $149 flat: unlimited attendees and your brand across the whole guest experience. Running events all year? The Studio plan is $39 a month and makes every event you run a Pro one. Attendees never pay, and small internal events stay free up to five people.

Can it carry our brand instead of yours?
Yes. Studio events put your logo and accent color on the guest screens and the emails. Rholl stays out of the way.
Do attendees need accounts?
No accounts and no downloads. They scan the code and shoot from the phone's browser.
Who owns the photos?
Your event, your photos. Download everything, hide any shot from the shared album, and delete it all whenever you like.
What does a 300 person party cost?
$99.99 covers an event of any size. A Pro event with your brand on it is $149 flat, and the Studio plan covers every event you run for $39 a month.
