Rholl for studios
Run it under your own brand
The disposable camera your clients’ guests shoot with, wearing your logo instead of ours.
Rholl turns every guest’s phone into a disposable camera: a fixed roll, no previews, an album that opens the morning after. Couples buy it for themselves, and venues, planners, and photo studios sell it to their clients as part of the package.
A studio account makes the second arrangement clean. You create events under your own name, your logo and color reach everything a guest sees, and your client pays you, never us. We charge you one flat plan and stay out of the frame.
How white label works
The QR flow and the camera
Guests scan your client's QR code and land on an entry page wearing your logo. The camera they shoot with, the roll-complete screen, all of it carries your brand, and none of it invites them to try Rholl.
The album and the film
When the roll develops, the album and the short film open under the same brand. The public film share page your client sends around stays quiet about us too.
The emails
The album-ready email arrives with your logo in the masthead and your accent on the button. One line remains in the footer: powered by Rholl. That is the only place a guest sees our name.
Who it is for
Venues
Sell the guest camera as an add-on to every booking. The QR stands on the tables under your name, and the album lands the morning after, another line on the package sheet at whatever price you set.
Planners
Bundle it per event. You set it up in minutes alongside everything else you run, your client gets a branded keepsake, and you invoice it however you price the rest of your work.
Photo studios
Offer it as a product beside your coverage. The guests shoot the corners you cannot be in, on a film look that sits well next to your own work, delivered under your studio's name.
What resell means
Your price, your invoice, your client
You charge your client whatever the line item is worth in your market: a flat add-on, a bundle price, part of the package. Rholl charges you the plan and nothing per guest, never contacts your client, and never shows a price to anyone but you. What sits between your rate and ours is your margin.
Your team
The whole desk can run it
Invite your coordinators by email as admins or members. Everyone on the team sees the studio’s events and can set one up for a client; the brand and the billing stay with the studio. Seats are included, not sold.
What it costs
Studio plan
$39/mo
Every event your studio runs is unlimited-guest and wears your brand, org-wide, with nothing more to buy per event. Cancel anytime.
Pro, per event
$149 once
The same unlimited guests and white label, bought one event at a time. No subscription.
The honest math: one Pro event costs about four months of the plan. Run an event every couple of months or more and the subscription is clearly the better deal; run one or two a year and per-event Pro is. Guests never pay either way.

Do guests ever see the Rholl name?
On white label events, the pages guests touch carry your brand and skip our start-your-own-event lines entirely. The one mention left is a quiet powered-by line in email footers.
What do we charge our client?
Whatever you like. Rholl never bills your client and never shows them a price. You pay the flat plan, you set your own rate, the margin is yours.
Do I need the subscription?
No. You can upgrade a single event to Pro for $149 one time instead. The subscription only wins once you run events regularly.
Can my client help run their event?
Yes. Invite them to the single event as a co-host and they can watch photos arrive and download the album, without touching your studio, your other events, or your billing.
Does my studio get its own web address?
Studio addresses at yourstudio.rholl.app are on the way. You can claim yours during setup and it goes live when they do; until then your events run on rholl.app links.
