QR signs, ready to print

Fill in the details, pick a frame, print the sheet. It works with any camera app or shared album, not only ours. No account, and nothing to sign up for.

Printed large at the top. Names, or the name of the party.

Paste any link, or enter a Rholl event code and it prints beside the QR so guests can type it instead of scanning.

Frame

Two rules and air. Prints on anything.

Crest

An engraved crest above the names. Optional.

Colour

Unprinted leaves the paper as it came out of the packet, which is the crispest and cheapest to print.

What comes out

The welcome sign
One per sheet, for the door or the guest book table. The names large, the date under them, the code big enough to scan from a few feet back.
Table tents
Four to a sheet. Each one folds down the middle and stands on its own, printed so both faces read upright. Cut the fold line too and you get eight flat cards.
Sticker cards
Twelve small cards to a sheet, for favor bags, the bar, the photo booth queue.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. No account, no email address, no watermark on the sign. The sheets carry one small line reading rholl.app at the bottom, and that is the whole arrangement.

Does it work with apps other than Rholl?

Yes. Paste any link: a shared album, an upload page, another camera app's event. The sign is built around whatever address you give it. If you are running a Rholl event, enter its code instead and the code prints beside the QR so guests can type it in.

What do I get?

A print-ready PDF on US Letter or A4. Pick a welcome sign for the door or guest book table, a sheet of four folding table tents, a sheet of twelve sticker cards for favor bags and bar tops, or all three at once. Cut lines and fold lines are included.

How many signs do I need?

One welcome sign where guests arrive, and one tent per table. A sheet of tents makes four, so a wedding of 150 at ten-person tables needs about four sheets. Sticker cards are for anywhere a table is not, like a bar top or a favor bag.

Does the preview match what prints?

Closely, not exactly. The preview draws the same frame and the same colours the printer gets, so what you pick is what you receive. The type is set by your browser on screen and by the print engine in the PDF, so line breaks and letter spacing shift a little between the two.

Will the QR code scan from a table?

Yes. The codes print at a size and error-correction level meant to be read from across a table in low light, with a quiet zone around them. Print on plain white paper rather than anything glossy, and do not shrink the sheet to fit.

The signs are free whatever you use them for. If you have not picked a camera yet: Rholl turns your guests’ phones into disposable cameras for one day, with nothing to install, and opens the whole album the morning after.
